Visa Types

E-2 Visa Investment

The E2 visa is an excellent option for foreign investors and business professionals who desire to own and operate a business in the United States. It gives the investor temporary residence for a period of two to five years, with the opportunity to extend it indefinitely. This option is a perfect solution for citizens of treaty countries who do not want or have the necessary resources to qualify for an EB-5 visa.

EB-5 VISA (GREEN CARD)

The EB-5 Investor (Green Card) Program presents outstanding opportunities for foreign investors to become permanent residents of the United States and can lead to citizenship. This status is granted to foreign investors who invest a minimum of $1.8 million and create 10 jobs for U.S. workers; however, if the investment is located in specially designated areas, just $900,000 is required.
